A one-hour session of play for your pup/dog with 8-10 other dogs that are of the same size/play style. You drop your pup/dog off and return at the end of their session time. This is the perfect session for dogs who aren't ready for a full day of doggy day care, prefer to play in smaller numbers or just need an extra run around on the weekend.

Each play group session is run with a high staff:dog ratio. The play group will have access to the entire warehouse space (over 350 meters squared!) both indoor and outdoor for the hour of play. Dogs are fully supervised by our trained staff and encouraged to play.

Group times are as follows: 

• 8:00am - 9:00am : Puppies over 8 weeks of age 

• 9:30am - 10:30am : Young small puppies over 16 weeks and smaller dogs (e.g. Toy Poodle, Toy Cavoodle, Dachshund, Chihuahua, Minature Pinscher, Cavoodle etc) 

• 11:00am - 12:00pm : Medium sized puppies over 16 weeks and medium dogs (e.g. Beagle, Aussie Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog, Border Collie, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Cavoodle, Poodle, Bulldog etc) 

• 12:30pm-1:30pm : Large sized puppies over 16 weeks and large dogs or older dogs (e.g. Golden Retriever, Labradooble, German Shepard, Dobermann, Bernese Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Rottweiler etc)

• 2:00pm-3:00pm: Extra Class for dogs of all sizes over 16 weeks

Please note all dogs attending play group must have completed a meet and great before their first session (this excludes previous customers of Sonia Says Sit and Off The Bone Doggy Day Care Customers )

Please note play group is not suitable for reactive dogs (such as fear or aggression). Dogs attending must be comfortable playing with other dogs. We are very happy to recommend trainers for dogs with aggression / behavioral concerns.

We clean and sanitise the daycare centre thoroughly inbetween play group sessions.
